How much do I need to pay for shipping?

All our orders are shipped FREE worldwide. This means you can enjoy our high-quality products no matter where you are in the world.

Does the shipping cost for international orders include customs and duties?

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the customs and duties for international orders before or after placing an order. Neither can we guarantee that a particular order will require payment of customs or duties, as it is beyond our control. Hence, the shipping cost does not include customs and duties and payment of the same will solely be the responsibility of the customer. 

How can I pay for my order?

You can opt to prepay for your order via ‘Net Banking’, ‘Debit Card’, ‘Credit Card’ and ‘UPI’ or can also opt to pay ‘Cash on Delivery’. You can choose your desired option of payment at the time of checkout.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

At UrbanStree, we prioritise delivering your purchases as quickly as possible. For domestic orders, you can expect your package to arrive within 10-12 business days from the date of order. International orders usually take around 10-12 business days to ship and 7-10 business days to reach you after the order has been shipped.

P.S: Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to unexpected delays outside our control. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any delays. 

Can I track my order?

We understand the excitement of receiving your order. You will be notified via email with tracking information for each shipment after your items have been shipped so that you can keep an eye on their delivery status. You can track your order status 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.

Is there anything I can do if my order's dispatch is delayed?

Is there any other information I need to be aware of regarding the shipment and delivery process?

Here are a few more things you should know about shipment and delivery:

  • Your orders will only be processed and packed only during operating hours. Our mailing team operates from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
  • All deliveries are 100% insured.
  • A signature will be required at delivery by the customer/addressee receiving the package at the address.
  • In the event that there is no one available to receive your package, the courier company will attempt redelivery up to two more times. They will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time.

What if I want to self-collect my order?

At, Urbanstree, we aim to provide the best possible services to our customers. So, keeping in mind the wishes and needs of our customers we provide you the option to choose whether you would like to ‘ship’ or ‘pick up’ your order during the checkout process. You can also email us at care@urbanstree.com with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-collection upon order confirmation. 

Please note that all pieces are made-to-order for self pick up so please make sure to collect your order within 10-12 business days of the confirmation email. If the order is not collected within 10-12 business days, we will mail the order to the shipping address provided.

Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?

All our products are made-to-order and do not qualify for a cancellation, refund, store credit, or exchange. 

However, you can request an exchange if you face issues with sizing for domestic orders only. As per policy, for exchanges, shipping charges to & from has to be borne by the customer. Moreover, your order can be eligible for exchange only if the exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery and reaches back to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery. Please note that Lehenga Sets DO NOT qualify for any returns or exchanges.

Please note that items bought from CLEARANCE SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can my order get cancelled for any other reason?

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if we are unable to fulfil them for any reason. This may include limitations on available quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns raised by our credit and fraud prevention team. Please be aware that we may need additional verification or information before accepting your order. 

We will notify you in the event that any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed to process your order. If your account has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, the charged amount will be refunded back to your account. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for all of our customers.
