Size Exchange Policy
At UrbanStree, each outfit is crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if you need a different size, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility:

1. Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues.
2. Requests must be raised within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order.
3. The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
4. Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
5. Lehengas and international orders are not eligible for exchange, as they are custom-made/final sale items.

Exchange Process:

1. Initiate Request:
1. Email us at care@urbanstree.com or WhatsApp at +91 83029 16025 within 72 hours of receiving your order.
2. Please mention your order number and the new size required.

2. Shipping the Product:
1. We currently do not offer reverse pickup. You’ll need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
2. Our team will share the return address once your request is approved.
3. Please include a note inside the package with your name, order number, and size requested.

3. Inspection & Dispatch:
1. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your requested size within 10–12 working days, subject to availability.
2. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit (valid for 30 days).

Exchange Fee:

1. A non-refundable shipping fee of ₹250 per product will apply when we dispatch your exchanged item.
2. Shipping and handling charges from your side are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

1. We do not offer exchanges for color, embroidery, fabric, or minor design variations, as these are natural outcomes of the design and photography process.
2. Products failing the quality check (used, damaged, washed, or missing tags) will be sent back without processing the exchange.
3. UrbanStree reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet our policy conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
2. After 24 hours or once the order is processed, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
3. Cancellations are eligible only for a store credit, not a refund.
4. Prepaid and COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
