Urbanstree Customisation Policy
At Urbanstree, each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect our signature aesthetic. We are pleased to offer limited customisation options to help you achieve a better fit and feel, while preserving the integrity of our designs.
What can be customised.
We currently offer customisation only in the following areas:
1. Sleeves.
2. Garment Length.
3. Neck Depth.
4. Back Depth.
5. Size Alteration is available. (Body measurements are required for the same).
Please note: We do not create new designs or alter the core silhouette, fit, colour, or overall structure of the garment.
How to request customisation.
1. Please mention your customisation requirements clearly in the Instruction Box at the time of placing your order.
2. Our team will review your request and execute it accordingly.
IMPORTANT TERMS
1. All customised pieces are made-to-order. A minimum of 1500 INR will be charged for any of the above customisations.
2. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit notes will be accepted on customised orders under any circumstances.
3. Customised orders are not eligible for vouchers, store credits, or promotional adjustments.
4.Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. If instructions are unclear or incomplete, the garment will be processed as per the original design.
6. Customisation is available for prepaid orders only.
